Hi every time I get into my ebay I cannot excess selling or any of the other sites no HTTP

i cannot get on to any sites that supports HTTP as it doesn't have HTTP in my browser,can anyone help or let me know how i can reset HTTP on my computer again,i seem to have lost it.Terry
