How can I get rid of the annoying "DEALS" pop ups when in eBay.

I've turned on the pop up blocker in my Internet Browser, but this problem is confined to eBay only. Really getting on my nerves.  I hope someone from eBay will contact me and tell me how to bury this thing FOREVER.
