I need to talk to E-Bay in person
I recently posted on another thread about two reports sent to eBay - fraudulent listings for non existent items - listed by two different Chinese scammers . One was still selling and had sold multiple laptops and the other was still seling and had sold multiple electric trycycles.
Within 10 minutes of my reports, the negative feedback had been removed and the listings showed
"This listing was ended by the seller on xxxx because the item is no longer available"
The Chinese scammer sellers are still registered and the items remain in their sold items list.
............................................................................................................................................
And yet again, even though reported, the fraudulent listings for non existent items listed by the OP's scammer seller show :
"This listing was ended by the seller on Fri, 13 Mar at 1:11 AM because the item is no longer available"
Thousands of $$$ worth of multiple item listings.
Negative feedback has now started with one buyer receiving a spiderman figurine instead of a PC processor and one receiving earbuds instead of a $700 icemaster.
Needless to say, this could all have been prevented and
yet again, it's another case of eBay aiding and abetting fraud
Since my last post eBay have withdrawn support from more experienced staff on Facebook and X.
Currently, only Instagram remains
So it appears that the OP received their item , a cheap neckace, and would "certainly buy from again"
In the meantime the scammer has now received 9 negative feedback, just the beginning , from
buyers who have received cheap, worthless items instead of the high priced items they bought.
Prior to my last post on 16th March, I reported the last remaining fraudulent listing for a non existent item.
Yet again, and it's now very obvious what's happening, repeatedly, not a coincidence at all, that the listing shows
"This listing was ended by the seller on Tue, 17 Mar at 7:55 PM because the item is no longer available"
And due to the aiding and abetting of fraud, yet another 7 US $ 209.99 items were sold
And another reason for buyers to always change "most relevant" feedback to "most recent"
The scammer's most recent feedback is two negatives in the last month.
"Most relevant" shows one of the negative feedback way down the page, under old positive feedback from over a year ago.
I just looked at the last feedback you received from a scammer seller
FRAUDULENT LISTINGS FOR NON EXISTENT ITEMS
eBay's Money Back Guarantee
If FAKE TRACKING has been used, you may need to contact eBay through Social Media
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
IF all that fails, you have 180 days to open a claim with Paypal
And as a very last resort you could try a chargeback through your bank
In working hours, go to eBay Help at the top of the page, follow the prompts until you reach the automated assistant then ask to speak to an agent.
Be warned the agents usually read from a script and you'll generally get the best advice here on the forum
Force air through your vocal cords and utilise your lips and tongue
If I can't speak to a human I will never deal with eBay again
