How could a blocked buyer on my list (7/16 feedback which should read negative and beware) win my item?

I have blocked Buyer name: dreams82011 from purchasing on my Ebay site.  Now they win an item and I am reluctant to deal with them. 7 of 16 their  feedback are negative.  What has happened?  I submitted my concern and blocked them.  Good reason for reinstating negatives for buyers and not only buyers.  Unfair.  What do I do now.

If you had added their ID to your blocked bidder list BEFORE they had purchased then should not have been able to buy from you.

If the ID was on your BBL before they purchased then contact ebay as there is a glitch in the system for this to happen.

If you have the blocks in place for non payers check they are set for more than 1 strike in a 12 month period.
