How do I contact eBay about an issue that is not in the FAQ or selling and buying

I need to contact eBay about an issue that they don't have a FAQ for..  Does anyone have an email to Customer Service??

Emailing eBay is a complete waste of time - all replies (if you get one) will be bot generated.

Is it about the voucher problem in your other post ?

If so, did you read the T&C's before trying to use it ?  I'd guess you didn't.

I did read the terms and conditions.. It's still painful as eBay just does not respond in any way 😕
