How do I remove my advertisement, the item has now been sold several times.

My item has been sold yet it still appears on Ebay and has now been sold several times. How do I remover the advert and how do I now refund the muliple buyers.

In your sold list and to the right of item is a drop down menu.

Select cancel and you will be prompted to refund in order to cancel transactions.

Under selling select active and to the right of the item is a drop down menu, select end item.
