You did not mention you did not want to sell until a comment , abusive comment n third topic you opened on the same thing, after constantly abusing members for not being mind readers

you have since been given two answers on how to prevent the opt up without signing up and are still being nasty

nobody here can do it for you

nobody here is going to contact eBay for you and tell you what they say

you are not a moderator, you do not get to decide who posts 

if you do not want people giving actual, factual answers then contact a mod to self report and ask them to remove this thread too.

Funny how  other members are spammers for answering the question as YOU asked it

then you added the extra information after numerous abusive posts

only thing you missed was the usual ‘do you work for eBay’ tantrum people like yourself usually get when the replies are not what they want to hear

1. update your details as requested. or..............

2. Don't sell again on eBay.

"i don't want to sell and i dont want the pop up" Then maybe try downloading an Adblocker, it may or may not get rid of the pop-up, but at least it's worth trying. Another good idea would be to stop spamming the boards when you don't get the answer you want to hear...............................

I asked a question, "How do i stop the 'We’ve changed how you get paid' pop up. Can't modify or delete the question. Because of the 'sign up' answers, I had to upgrade to "How do i stop the 'We’ve changed how you get paid' pop up without signing up". Because of the 'sign up' and now including 'don't sell' answers, i had to re ask How do i stop the 'We’ve changed how you get paid' pop up without signing up and I don't want to sell. There would be a setting somewhere that disables the pop up and I would like to know how to disable the pop up. The vanity of answers, no wonder the tables were kicked over in the marketplace.

Simple. As you've already been told, disable popups. I chose not to continue selling on this account, have popups blocked and have never seen the message you are complaining about. Or maybe just click on the 'X' in the top corner of the popup. That closes it.
