How do you contact ebay when the email link doesn't work? Every time I hit email us, my screen goes grey and that's it. No link or anything.

I am having trouble contacting a seller. I have won the bid on an item, have emailed the seller in regard to payment and picking up the item, with no reply. I have gone through the help link to request contact details, which only provides a link to a page where I can search for items for sale. Nothing to do with the seller in question. So I tried to email ebay to request details. After hitting the link my computer screen goes grey and nothing happens. So I tried to call ebay on the phone, which just gets you an automated voice, with no way of talking to someone or getting help. So now it is starting to get frustrating as I have spent two days trying to contact people with no luck. Oh and I need these parts to get my car on the road, so time is important.
