A friend in New Zealand bought something from a seller in the USA and it arrived damage (with the sellers knowledge ) he says will refund money but will list the undamaged one she bought from him again and she will have to bid on it again. even though she has done nothing wrong she still wants the object can can find no way except through opening a case with Paypal to report this seller who is perpetuating a fraud. .
She tried to email ebay but received an automated responce telling her to phone the seller .
what happened to live chat ??
How do you report a fraud to eBay???
