How lo lodge a complaint about your online system that does not work?

Your page re return of the item to the seller require adding tracking number by 15 of Septemeber. When adding all the details, your system does not recognize THE TRACKING NUMBER and neither THE CARRIER (one of them that you suggested to use).

 

Previously your system was not ready to add any information regarding the return of the item despite that you entered into a solution of the problem.

All communication was with you via e-mail until 2/09/18 and today your responses via e--mail are":

 

"Thank you for taking the time to send your email. However, the address you sent the email to is not available to contact eBay AU Customer Service".

 

What sort of suppport do you provide to your customer? Your site is not working properly and e-mails come through from customerhelp_au@ebay.com saying that you are not available for your customers?

What a shame.

Should you not reslove the issues you have within reasonable time I will be seeking a legal advice.
