Does it matter? Feedback is not mandatory, and we're all here to trade items not little coloured dots on a page. 🙂
I find it's best to just do what I want regarding feedback and let the other person do the same; seems fair to me that way.
Many members never leave feedback, some leave it in batches, ultimately it's just not that important once you have 20 or so, so that people know you're safe to deal with.
