Email proposes following steps to update the information:

1. Go to eBay
2. Follow the instructions in the alert at the top of the page
3. Once you've made the requested updates, we'll review and then follow up with you.

However I don't see any alert bar and I don't know what information to update

Are you using the app or the real site?

Are they really from eBay, or is it a phishing email from a scammer pretending to be eBay?

Is the message also in your eBay messages?

Did you sign up to Managed Payments, and be verified to sell before listing and selling the watch, as you were required to do?

It would seem like that is what it is about, but other members cannot tell you 100% without a doubt it is this
