I am trying to put a listing on, but EBAY keeps telling me Iam logging on from a different computer,

Ebay keeps telling me Iam on a different computer - which Iam not, then refuses to allow me to answer any questions in regard to my account saying it cannot email me or it has tried to call me numerous times - this is happening on both my accounts.
