I am unable to contact eBay as I normally would. Whenever I go to support and then contact eBay, then select one of the options buying selling my account, it doesn't matter which one I select eg unauthorised use of my account ( I've tried didn't options) once I select one of the options under contact us e.g. send us an email us or call us, once I select either option the brightness of the screen turns dull and I cant click on anything. Now I cannot do anything to contact ebay at all ! Does anyone else have this issue. Any solutions appreciated.
