I am unable to leave 'feedback' or view 'my Ebay' because it keeps requesting the password, then asking if I'm human. I answer the question's and then have to go through it all again when I select my Ebay etc.

Clear cache and cookies, try another browser, reboot your device.

It sounds like a sign in loop.

Clear your browser history and delete cookies / temp internet files under internet options in control panel.

Restart computer and use Chrome if you are using IE.
