I can see my messages but on clicking on them I cannot get the message to display.

I can see the list of messages but these are not highlighted.  When I click on any of the messages, either new ones or old, the body of the message will not display.  This has only been happening the last few days.

Are you using the eBay  mobile application? 

Can you try to clear your cache and cookies?
