First contact the seller to see if you can reach a solution with them. (Beware of possible empty promises, as some sellers promise a replacement that does not arrive. )
If they don't help, open a dispute for "item not as described".
Did the seller send you the wrong item, or did you make a mistake and order the wrong item?
If the seller is at fault, do as advised
