I have not received my iphone from ebay after waiting from 14th Aug. I cannot get in touch with ebay to ask for their help with this seller.

When was the estimated delivery date? You have 30 days since the last day of the estimated delivery to open an eBay case (and 180 days since the data of purchase to open a PayPal case).

Did the item have a tracking number?

Have you contacted the seller?

You need to read the eBay Money Back Guarantee on the listing & act accordingly.

 

No need to contact eBay.
