I have sellers and buyers not bothering to take the time leave feedback. any ideas on how to over come this as I like to add to my star.

just leave f/b for your buyers and sellers and hope they remember to reciprocate, if they don't... no harm done.

To add, ebay send a feedback reminder at 30 days, some leave feedback then. Others don't leave feedback at all.

Feedback is voluntary so if you have not heard from the buyer assume all is ok.
