I purchased a wireless mouse and the product did not turn up. I sent a message to seller who said they could provide a refund or send me another. I asked to have another mouse sent. It has been 4 weeks and still no mouse. I tried to contact the seller again, but it said my item was remove and the seller cannot be contacted, What should I do?
Assuming you paid via PayPal, log in there and open a case for INR.
When buying it's best to check the registration country of the seller in feedback.
Last feedback you received was from a seller in China with terrible feedback.
Buy cheap, you get cheap, or not at all.
