I keep getting spam coupons from eBay on behalf of a company called Zealstore21. I have asked the company by ebay messages and eBay for the last 12 months to stop spamming me however nothing has worked. eBay customer support continually asks me to change my communication preferences, however all settings in relation to marketing are already turned off including advertising preferences under account preferences and have been turned off for long time. I purchased from this company over 2 years ago and it seems ebay are powerless to stop it. eBay customer support even suggested I pay $100 for the coupon to "go away". I feel my only option at this point is to continue complaining to the Australian Communication and Media Authority for them to take action against this unwanted spam.
