My humble apology negative listing was meant for somebody else. I have made a mistake and please forgive me.
Please advise me how to remove the negative sign from your feedback.

Fellow biuyers and sellers cannot remove someone else's feedback

Nor can anyone her contact eBay on your behalf and ask them to do so

You need to send the seller a message and ask them to send you a feedback revision request 

People here are buyers and sellers like you and cannot get involved in transactions that don't have anything to do with us
