I ordered an iphone in September but it isn't showing up on my purchases section. How do I return?

I ordered an iphone in September but it isn't showing up on my purchases section. How do I return? The phone is defective but isn't in my list of purchases. Why would this be and is there another way I can track it down so I can ask for an exchange?

Have you changed the time frame to cover September?

 

Generally the 'default' showing is a shorter amount of time (say, last 14 or 30 days) so you'll need to change it in the drop down menu in your purchase history to show 2018
