The item which malfunctions is ID: 252748590668. Transaction ID: 2001483568015. This is a Kwikset Kevo (2nd Gen) Touch to open Bluetooth Smart Lock in polished brass. While this operates satisfactorally in the locking mode, the illuminating ring in the external lock fitting does NOT operate. I would like this matter to be corrected. It was paid for through pay pal. It arrived on 27 Feb 2017.
