I try to pay with paypal and it says firefox (or IE ) cant find the server at www.paypal.com !

When I try to pay for any items with paypal the paypal page trys to load and crashes - saying cant find server at www.paypal.com

I have removed all cookies, not sure what to do next!

any ideas welcome.
