I want to know how I can be rid of large advertisement on my page that prevents viewing of item

Hi,

I am having a problem with a large permanent advertisement "Barloworld VW" which is so large it prevents me from examining items I am interested in bidding on. On enlarging to examine goods, the advert covers over part of the picture and i find it most intrusive and annoying. I do not want it there.  Can you please remove, or at least, make smaller so that I can see scans properly?
