I would like to know why there are aftermarket car parts, and car parts for other makes advertised in the section for Mercedes-Benz parts?

I am a Mercedes-Benz owner, and having looked on the section for Mercedes-Benz parts, I have come across a number of parts that are general after market, or for other makes of cars.
