Is anyone out there besides me that is concerned that the only way to contact eBay US is by phone. Got a problem sorry suffer in silence !!!

It seems to me a tad unreasonable that you can't contact eBay US (you can only by phone) So any problem that may arise is not going to be delt with. Take fees for instance. If you are shipping your items at the correct cost and can show sufficent evidence that you do then why do we have to pay a whopping 9% on shipping costs.  ( It is the only country that charges this fee ) Why is there not room to provide the information and have that paticular fee redeemed to you. I tell you why it is all about the money. They are getting a fortune in fees for this and there justification is to stop shipping charges being used to make money ? Seems a bit weird they can make money from it. I agree that no one should make money from shipping so why do they? If you can prove that you only charge the correct shipping you should be rewarded not made to stand along side those who do abuse the service!
