Is ebay's standard uploader for photos been retired?

cannot upload photos for my listings using 'standard' option.  It's been very slow to upload for a long time, several or more attempts before it's successful.  Today it won't work at all. Gives a message of 'upload completed' but nix.  Has it been retired like the basic upload or is the problem with my computer. Thanks

I had trouble with it last night taking forever, but after I logged out of eBay, cleared my cache and logged back in, it was OK.

Maybe give that a try.
