Items sent with some parts missing

My mother bought some covers for her stove only to receive 3 instead of four. Have wrritten messages, through myebay as she only logged on as a guest, but have not received any answers. I tries to tell her not to buy through ebay as it is very difficult to get any resolution once a problem occurs but she has had to learn the hard way.
