Like to know why a recent negative feedback on a poor transaction has been deleted from reviews ?

Why has negative feedback on transaction been deleted from reviews left for a poor seller ? If I'm not mean't to tell truth don't ask for feedback, will think twice before I buy from this site again and I'll leave feedback on social media instead.
