Messages not sending properly from EBAY App

I have had a lot of trouble with the EBAY mobile phone app and Ebay messages.

 

One customer of mine claims they never received my responses to their messages and this resulted in a misunderstanding.  They then left negative feedback.

 

I called EBAY customer supported and they said there is never a problem with their systems.

 

I think that there are problems in coordinating the Mobile App, the mobile site and the classic site as there seems to be inconsistencies and there is an issue with messages disappearing from my inbox and sent messages so I have to go through my actual email to retrieve messages and this is extremely frustrating.
