My computer time is correct but my ebay time is 1 hour out so if i see an item has 30min to go i click on it and when the page loads it got 1 hour and thirty mins to go ?
eBay australia runs on Sydney Time, ie. Summer time right now (Daylight Savings). so if you live in a State that is not the Same time as Sydney or your computer did not update for daylight savings you will not show the same time.
