Have you tried the usual "fix" of clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer ?

What happens if you use a different browser ?

Or even reload the page. That usually works for me. I realise that, in the latter half of my 60s, I'm probably out of touch...

Yes, sometimes just reloading the page works for me too. Sometimes the Internet can play up for a few seconds and it the connection is too slow the page won't load properly.

The associated CSS file and other related files have not downloaded properly so that the page will not load and be correctly rendered.

Refresh page or restart computer, as has been said.

This problem usually occurs when the load is slow whether it be your computer or the internet.

If you are on a limit with the internet perhaps it has reached maximum and has slowed.
