Page Freezing

A few things have changed recently and not for the better, when I search for anything on ebay now the list of items page opens then after a few seconds it freezes for around 30 seconds, why is this happening, am I the only one this is happening to, it is beyond frustrating.

Another thing I am having a problem with today is I set the search for "Items ending soonest" (Top of page) and "Australia only" (Left of Page) which changes no problem for the item I am currently searching but when I start a searh for a different item I have to reset the setting all over again.

Ebays so called improvements are very frustrating
