Use the following link to add the buyer to your blocked bidder list. 

Under: Setting Buyer Requirements, click on    block individual  buyers

And

Under: Updating Your Buyer  Requirements, click on Buyer management

Under Buyer rules, tick the box Don't  allow blocked bidders to contact me

At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes

Other members cannot block anyone for you

Are you a buyer or a seller?

If you are a seller, you can put them on your blocked bidder list

If they are a seller, why are they contacting you? 

Have you bought and not paid?

Have you bought and now they are sending you messages to keep buying more junk?

You are not allowed to name and shame on the forum either, a mod will remove that when one is online next
