When I try to download my monthly financial statements (Summary or Full), I get this message, "We ran into a problem. Please try again." I've been trying for the last 2 days. Still the same.
Without any other info, other members here can't really help much
Other than suggest you do the things you have likely already done
Clear cache/cookies/try another browser/full site rather than app
Contact eBay as a last resort if you have to (they will tell you they will do something, they won't)
