Problems with My eBay Customisation

Is anyone having trouble with the summary page customising, or rather the customise function in My eBay? 

This may seem like a silly question, but where on earth is the darn 'customise' link in My eBay? I can't find it anywhere. I like to have my main summary page with the purchase orders on top, and underneath have the watch list. Lately it's been randomly switching around the order, and now the purchase orders section is staying at the bottom. 

I thought perhaps eBay is updating stuff so maybe I need to change it in the Customise settings to get it back to the way it was. Now there used to be a customise link somewhere on the top right of the page, but I can't for the life of me find it. I've looked everywhere, checked all links and still can't find head nor tail of this elusive link. 

So I went to the help section, hoping to find directions:

It explains here how one can customise their page with all this amazing stuff that I once remember doing when setting up my page. But no location what-so-ever of exactly how to get to this 'customise' section. I've searched online to no avail either.

Clicking Page Options only gives me this with a checkbox: Show selling sections on my summary page

So am I simply blind and it's there somewhere under a new name and I missed it, or is the elusive link simply gone from My eBay, and taken all it's customisable features with it?

(On a side note, I use Chrome but tested the page and searching of links in both Chrome and Firefox)
