Problems with getting add to watchlist to work - pop up error 43 on the page - are they connected?

Hello 

I have problems with the link add to watch list which sometimes works and other times will just not work - so it definitely hampers my ebaying.  On the page is a pop up about error 43.  Is there any connection?

Anybody have any thoughts.  Thanks
