I check my purchase history, there is only one left, all rest of purchased item missing. event I bought gas cooktop on 15/06/2023 is not occurred.

Have you changed the drop down menu under your purchase history?
Did you purchase all items on this account, or have you possibly purchased as a guest instead at some point?
