Has the chat function been disabled? I have tried for two days to get to chat to an ebay rep and I cannot even get the page to load.
It is very frustrating. have tried to email but they say up to 72 hours to reply, each time.
I did actually email with a question. SOmeone emailed back...thanking me for my SUGGESTION. and no, they didnt asnwer the question. So I replied and asked if they were going to answer it. Why have people replying to emails if they are only going to refer you back to the pages you have already looked at?
