Help - I updated my email address yesterday and now I can't login

updated my email address yesterday and am now unable to login - login appears not to recognise either the old or new addresses

 

Unable to find a help line number so I need help to 'recover' my account

Clear all cookies, history, and cached data. Log out.

Then turn off power for the computer and router and NBN equipment at the wall.

After 5 minutes reboot. Then log on. Do not use Internet Explorer switch to Microsoft EDGE that comes with Windows 10.
