How to stop sellers saying one country but are not

I'm in australia.  Consistently find sellers who state australian address but items are not.

You can't 'stop them'

eBay allow sellers to say the item is located anywhere they wish

BUT

You can check feedback before buying

That shows you instantly where the seller is registered 

AND

If the lie about posting from Australia when they don't, the feedback will reflect that

Several sellers who have recently left feedback for you are registered in Hong Kong and China
