Marking a message as answered

What has happened to the marking message as answered, used to be able to choose this from the drop down arrow on the item in the selling page?

I also would like to know where the option 'to mark as answered' has gone.

I tried to find how to do this when I had a request to provide the pattern of an item I make and was selling. In the end I ended the item and relisted it because each reminder by ebay that I had an unanswered message for the item, brought back my outrage at the b----y cheek of the question.
