Going in circles as the help guide says:
This is not an option on my return and the seller is no longer responding so how do I escalate?
How long ago did you buy the item ?
What was the final ETA of the item ?
Have you actually opened a claim and did you respond within the cutoff period ?
Claims have a time limit on them, for an eBay claim 30 days after the final ETA of the item and Paypal 180 days after the purchase date.
