One of my listings still says on it "Offer sent to buyer" tho I haven't sent an offer in 6wks. Help

One of my listings still says on it "Offer sent to buyer" however I haven't sent an offer in 6wks. The item is for sale and I'm not sure how to remove that or if it's affecting the listing in anyway. Has anyone else come across this before?

As a buyer I have found that ebay sends me an Offer (supposedly from the seller) whenever I put an item on my watch list.
I have not accepted any of them but I must admit I have wondered what would happen if I did.
Would ebay pay the seller the full price or would the seller just miss out.
Some of the Offers have involved big money......on one item the Offer was for 20% and the item was priced at $2500.
