Sending the seller a message allows to attach photos.

When I want to attach 1 to 5 photos, all .jpg, 150-300kB in size; tired bigger ones, smaller ones; I get the error:

One or more files failed to upload because of server error. Please remove the failed files and try again.

I have removed the files, attached one, many, smaller, bigger, and did neither fixed the issue.

Googling the issue revealed that this seems to be a recurring issue all over the world, almost eveyr year.

Is there a way to bring this tto their attention or is there a fox for it?
