I have never had this problem, it is for security, but if it continues to be this tedious, it starts to become tiresome, and a waste of time.   It says skip if there are no matches, and that is all I can do, because no matches appear!  No one to ask, or complain too.

I have the exact same issue on numerous sites that require the user to use captcha images to prove they are not a bot. Takes less than a minute to keep skipping and find a match

I guess if what you want is not worth a minute, it is not worth buying
