adding agreed freight to pickup items after "buy it now"

I made contact with the seller aqbout freight as an option if I buy the item. The seller agree's so I click on "buy it now" and NO option to contact seller to add freight to the total. This option used to be there. What is going on Ebay? You need IT staff with an IQ above stupid.

Contact the seller and ask for a revised invoice with freight added

NO option at "checkout" to contact the seller about updating the invoice. Sad Is the nicest word I could think of.
This option used to exist so WHY was it removed?????
