I do not have a 'contact us' button on your page for several reasons.
1. You can contact me through any of my listings.
2. I might not want you to contact me.
3. Mainly, because I, like anybody else who reads your question, am an eBay member, not an eBay employee, and have no control over how eBay operate.
There is a help link at the top and bottom of EVERY page. Use that, then select whatever options get you to 'live chat'. Emails are read by bots, and the call centre has been closed for most of the last year. Something to do with COVID-19.
